Gate Ten Events and Parking is working to improve the impression visitors have of downtown Indy near I-70 West St Exit 79. We have been working for a few years to clean up the property and event space and build a place to safely gather and have fun on the south west corner of downtown. We have been working with the city of Indianapolis to update zoning and allow us to clean up this side of Indy. We have spent the last couple years removing old abandoned homes to improve the visual from I-70. This is still a work in progress of course but we think you will be pleased with our progress
