If you are parking for an Event going on in Indy, you should be able to find it on our Buy Parking Page. You can reserve and purchase your parking there. If you do not see your event listed, Call to Reserve and purchase spots for your events, (317-737-2036) otherwise feel free to arrive to our lot to purchase a parking spot. If you need assistance or are parking during nightly hours - Just call our parking lot attendant, (317-478-2322) he will be there to help you!

*Our Parking Lot is a calendar day lot. The Parking rates are a daily flat rate. One day is considered 12AM - 11:59PM. From your arrival time of that current day until 11:59PM of that same day would be One day of parking. After 12AM you will have to pay for that next day of parking.* PLEASE NOTE - During major events, such as, Big Ten, Colts games, Monster Jam, and Super Cross prices are subject to change. When purchasing a parking pass with us ahead of time, it will save you time. The price is still the same whether you pre-pay or pay upon arrival. The only thing you need to provide when pre-paying with us and the Confirmation email that will sent to you after purchasing a parking pass. You can show that email on your phone or print it out. Show that confirmation to the parking lot attendant when you arrive and the parking lot attendant will give you your parking pass then. You will place that pass in your dash in a visible area. Do not lose your pass. We do offer in & out privileges, meaning, you can leave with your vehicle and come back to our lot without repaying. Just keep that pass visible in your dash so we can see that you have paid.

Here at Gate Ten, we offer a unique, complimentary shuttle service when you park with us. We can shuttle our guests to and from our lot to The Indiana Convention Center and Local Downtown Hotels.

During Events downtown, our Shuttles run 5-12 minutes continuous loops from Gate Ten parking lot to The Indiana Convention Center and back to Gate Ten lot. *The shuttles DO NOT go from The Indiana Convention Center to the Hotels, vice versa. The shuttles start continuously running 2 hours before the first event of the day until 1 hour after the last event of the day. During these events, you do not have to call the shuttle service phone line to request a pick up. Just hang out in visible sight at the shuttle drop off/pick up location and the shuttle will be there within 5-12 minutes, depending on traffic. On days where there are not events, the shuttle runs per guests requests. You will then need to call the shuttle service phone line to request a pick up, 317-478-2322. 

If you plan on arriving during nightly hours, just call the shuttle service phone line about 20 minutes upon arrival to request a shuttle to your hotel. 317-478-2322

261 West Maryland Street is our Drop off and Pickup Location at the Indiana Convention Center.

Our Shuttle Picks you up at our parking lot (parking lot attendant will tell you where the shuttle bus stop is) and takes you from our parking lot to either The Indiana Convention Center or a Local Downtown Hotel you are staying up. From there the shuttle can pick you back up from either The Indiana Convention Center or the Hotel and bring you back to our Parking lot. 

This drop off/pick up location at the Indiana Convention Center stays the same throughout events. If this location were to change, our shuttle drivers will advise you otherwise where it will be changed to. This is the only location we are allowed to Drop off/ Pick up at the Convention Center. The shuttle does not drive under the covered underpass of The Indiana Convention Center. You will need to be out on the sidewalk to get on the shuttle bus, This makes for the quickest pick ups. If the shuttle driver cannot see you, you will not see the shuttle and possibly miss it, and must wait until it comes back. We try to make sure all of our guests are getting to and from in a timely manner.

For any Local Downtown Hotels, the drop off and pick up location is normal right outside The main entrances to the hotel or near by the Valet. If you are not standing outside, you may miss the shuttle. The shuttle will wait a few minutes. Why we advise you be outside waiting is simply because our shuttles have to attend to ALL guests and do not want to leave others waiting.

If there is a major event downtown going on at the Indiana Convention Center and are at a hotel that is near by the Indiana Convention Center, and you are needing a shuttle pick up back to the parking lot, we suggest walking over to the Convention Center for a quicker pick up! During these major events our Shuttles run continuously back and forth to the Indiana Convention Center. All of the hotel pickups will be by requests.
